This is about more than just training and nutrition. I want to provide you with support, accountability, and build a relationship. I don’t believe in meal plans or generic training programs becuase you are uniquely you, and I get that.
How does it work?
- Initial Setup- A chance to get to know more about you, your goals, your health history, and physical capabilities.
- From here, I'll create a custom program that works for you and your body.
- Weight Training
- Optimal programming: order of exercises, number of sets and reps, tempo and rest periods
- You let me know how many days a week you can workout, and I write a program for that, built to support you in reaching your specific goals.
- Cardio
- Updated bi-weekly with variety to keep you from getting bored
- Inlcudes high intensity interval training (HIIT) and low intensity steady state (LISS) options
- Nutrition
- Macronutrient breakdown into protein, fats and carbohydrates
- List of the best food options for each macronutrient group
- Weekly client check-ins and updates
- You will be required to take progress pictures & body measuremnts weekly or bi-weekly
- Program advancements and adjustments every month as needed
- Full access to me via email/text for all questions and updates- you will never feel alone in this process
*If you do not have access to a gym, I can create this as a home workout program. You will just need to purchase some dumbbells, a mini loop resistance band!
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the custom nature of the programs, it takes approximately 4-5 business days for them to be created. They are designed after payment and questionnaire is received from the client.
